A message from Carmen Nicotra, Managing Director.

Dear PDP community,

These are challenging times for all of us and we are absolutely committed to supporting the choices you make regarding your health and wellbeing. To do this we have acted swiftly with changes to help you through this period. These changes include:

  1. Almost our entire calendar is now available in live interactive webcast format which you can watch from wherever you are.
    (We are currently working to update our website to reflect this).
  2. Existing registrations can be transferred into a webcast by contacting our office by email info@PDPseminars.com.au .
  3. All cancellation fees have been waived during the Covid-19 crisis.
  4. Should you elect to transfer your registration into a live webcast, we will refund you $99 and also give you a 20% voucher for use in the future.
  5. Should you elect to leave your registration fee in credit we will give you a 20% voucher for use in the future.

About our live interactive webcasts:

- We have a user-friendly platform which will allow you to watch your training with access to the PowerPoint slides and all the resources normally provided at our face-to-face events.

- You will be able to ask questions of the presenter during the day.

- Your attendance certificate will be available once you have completed the quiz at the end of the seminar.

- If you cannot watch the live version on the day, you will have access to the recording for three months after the live webcast by logging into your registration.

- If you hold a current Student and New Graduate discount code, you can apply this to your live webcast registration.

- If you are new to webcasts and need our support, we’re here to help you.

Webcasting registration fees:

- Your registration will cost $199 and you will have access to the recording for three months to complete your quiz and retrieve your certificate (current student discount can be applied at 20% off the full fee).

- You can save money by participating with a colleague as an additional viewer for only $99 and still receive your attendance certificate. (no student discounts, recording available for one month)

We are focused on doing all we can to support you, to continue delivering quality training programs, and to make your choices easy and effective. We are doing our best to respond to everyone as quickly as possible and ask for your patience while we work our way through the many inquiries we have coming our way.

PS: Remember that we are still able bring in-person training right to your facility and can also work with you to give your organization access to any of our online training programs.


  • Thanks very much for organizing this training. PDP is a super friendly and approachable team that are effective and efficient and have been prompt in their responses keeping the training process on track till the very end. The cost for the whole two days was really affordable and reasonable as compared to others in the market as Training for CPD hours can be really expensive.
    Both the trainers had thorough knowledge and expertise in their respective fields and the participants took a lot out of the full two days training. The trainers were highly skilled and able to articulate their skills and knowledge in an easy to understand practical manner for participants to get motivated and take away some knowledge and skillset to apply in their practice. The presenters were able to include important aspects relevant to our workplace in their topics using examples and up to date research.
    The training most definitely met our training needs. PDP has been very organised and responsive and we will definitely book more training with them in the future.
